Men's Club Ministry - May

The United Methodist Men will meet at Middlebury for breakfast on Saturday, May 12. All men of the two churches are invited to attend.

The snowstorm and other factors made it seem reasonable to cancel our March breakfast on March 10. That said, we are looking forward to a great time together for our April meeting. We will meet at the church at 8:00 AM on April 14 for another great breakfast and a discussion with Jim Douglas and Gus Jordan. The topic will be “Observations of the Influence of Religion on Modern Politics.”

A Success Story - The Men’s Club of Middlebury has grown from a thought cherished by some for years to a reality! In one short year from idea to reality - ten or more men meet on the second Saturday of every month. A reminded to those who have been and a welcome to all others – come at 8:00AM on March 10 at the church for a full breakfast and some great conversation.

We have a project of Chicken & Biscuit Dinners on the last Sunday of each month. Be a cook or waiter for a night or just come and eat and bring your friends. All the proceeds support the missionary outreach of our church. Our next dinner is Sunday, March 25 from 5:30pm to 7:00pm.
