Needed by April 19th: long stem candles (4" or longer) to be used in the candle light service at the opening ceremony of the Relay for Life, and for lighting the way on the first lap of the relay.  Middlebury College sponsors this walk, which raises money to celebrate the lives of the folks battling cancer, to remember lost loved ones and to fight back against the disease.  This 24-hour walkathon starts April 23rd and benefits the American Cancer Society.

If you have used or new candles that you would like to part with, there will be a box on the table in the entrance for you to put them in.  This is a beautiful ceremony and we appreciate your help in lighting it.   If you need more information please check with Joyce Sargent.
